Terms and Conditions

  1. Goods will be invoiced at Nett prices which are subjected to the addition of VAT, at the rate applying at the time of invoice.
  2. We reserve the right to amend our prices and terms without prior notice if circumstances beyond our control arise.
  3. Goods will be invoiced at prices ruling on the day of dispatch.
  4. All orders are subjected to carriage charge and are usually sent Next day Delivery unless otherwise requested.
  5. All Delivery dates are estimated only, although BoboFunnco Ltd [the company] will endeavour to meet the delivery date requested but will not be liable for the failure to meet these estimated dates.
  6. We must be informed in writing within 5 days on any complaint arising from shortages or damages to the consignment in transit.
  7. Returns will not be accepted without prior notice and our written agreement. Faulty merchandise will be examined and our decision on the issue of credit is final.
  8. Claims in respect of alleged faulty goods shall not be ground for withholding payment of accounts and shall not give the customer any right to set off against payment due to Bobofunnco [ the company]. If part of a consignment is not received , this shall not be ground for withholding payment for the reminder of the invoice on which goods appear.
  9. Title of goods shall not pass from Bobofunnco Ltd until paid for in full. Bobofunnco Ltd may, without prejudice to any other Legal remedy, response to unpaid products in the event of our customer being unable to discharge his/her debt as they fail due for whatever reason .The product will, as from the time of supply, be at buyer’s risk.
  10. Payment Terms: All payments will be on Pro-Forma invoice ,C.O.D or Bacs ,Credit Card and Paypal. Once full payment has been received and cleared, orders will be despatched.
  11. Credit account[s] that has been approved. Are strictly 30 Days from invoice date.
  12. Goods will not be forwarded where an account is overdue or exceeds the limit. We reserve the right to levy a surcharge of 3% per month or part of on an overdue account.
  13. Custom Printed items must be made in full at the time of order.
  14. The right is reserved to improve and amend specifications.
